If you're having trouble updating the game please try the steps below:
1.) Ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection
- If you're not on Wi-Fi, check your mobile data signal. Once you've secured a good connection, try downloading the game update again.
2.) Try clearing the Google Play Store's cache and data
- Go to your device's Settings.
- Navigate to 'Apps' or 'Application Manager' (this may vary depending on your device).
- Scroll to find the 'Google Play Store' app and tap on it.
- First, tap on 'Force Stop' to halt any ongoing processes.
- Then, choose 'Clear Cache' and 'Clear Data' to reset the app's temporary storage.
After completing these steps, wait for about 10 minutes. (This pause allows the system to properly process the changes.) Then, restart your device and reattempt to update the game.
