We're currently looking into an issue about Song Cases not being able to be open that some players are having.
If you're unable to open cases, please scroll down the Journey and look for any boxes or cases you might have left to claim (you may have some available due to the Journey changes in the latest update). Once you've done that, then try claiming cases from the Home screen slots.
You may also take advantage of an Unlimited Play offer to play while the slots are full.
If you've tried this but are still not able to open any boxes/cases, please contact our player support team from inside the game (settings > support > contact).
Please do no try to reinstall the game as it will not fix this issue and you will lose your account if it's not saved with Supercell ID. If you did this and lost access to your account, please email our support team from inside the game on your new account (settings > support > contact) with the following details about your lost account:
- Player tag (maybe you have an old screenshot with it?)
- Star or gem balance
- Your last unlocked song
- Your first purchase receipt (if applicable)
