We're currently looking into an issue that some players are having with Song Cases not opening.
If you're close to having all the songs in the game and had some purchases that failed to process, please contact our support team with that info as it will help our investigation.
Please do no try to reinstall the game as it will not fix this issue and you will lose your account if it's not saved with Supercell ID. If you did this and lost access to your account, please email our support team from inside the game on your new account (settings > support > contact) with the following details about your lost account:
- Player tag (maybe you have an old screenshot with it?)
- Star or gem balance
- Your last unlocked song
- Your first purchase receipt (if applicable)
