We're sorry that you're having this issue! We hope to have it fixed in a future update but until then, rest assured, we're here to help!
If you're playing on a Google Pixel or OnePlus device, the auto-brightness and smoothing features could be the cause of this.
Try turning these features off and refrain from changing brightness manually during the song.
As our team continues to look into the issue, you might find these troubleshooting options helpful to resolve the problem:
1.) Restart your device.
2.) Save your account with Supercell ID, then reinstall the game.
3.). Whitelist the media app as an "Unmonitored App" for battery management.
- 1. Open the Android Settings app.
- 2. Go to "Device Management" or "Device Maintenance".
- 3. Go to "Battery".
- 4. Go to "Unmonitored Apps".
- 5. Tap "Add App..." and select the Power Music App.
- 6. Restart the Device.
4.) If you play the game with corded headphones, try disabling Ultra High-Quality Sound processing.
- 1. Plug in the corded headphones or AUX cable.
- 2. Open the Android Settings app.
- 3. Go to "Sounds and Vibrations".
- 4. Go to "Sound Quality and Effects".
- 5. Disable "UHQ Upscaler".
