In-game purchases go through to your account instantly, however occasionally you may experience a delay in receiving them, in which case we advise waiting a few minutes.
If your purchase went through (you have a receipt from Apple/Google) but you have not yet received it in-game even after waiting a few minutes, please contact our support.
Please include a screenshot of the purchase receipt to help us resolve your issue. The receipt should be in your email, but if you can't find it you can follow the steps below:
- Go to payments.google.com
- Select Activity
- Select an order to see your receipt. It will pop out from the right. Be sure to capture the whole receipt!
